2 Tiers of membership include:

Rec Association Membership- Provides use of pool, bouys, tennis courts and shuttle bus. This membership cannot be purchased, but rather transfers with property ownership. $265 annually and no transfer fee. Membership is valued at $75,000.

Beach & Mountain Membership- Provides use of Shuttle Bus and snow plowing. Any homeowner in the Chambers subdivision can join this tier. $200 annually and a $1500 transfer fee.
