Ranging from $1,275,000-$1,999,900

Nestled among the hills at the eastern
end of Truckee just off Interstate 80, Gray's Crossing is a new
resort community developed by East West Partners and is a part of
the Tahoe Mountain Club which includes Coyote Moon Golf Course,
Old Greenwood, the Village at Northstar and more.
About 400 homes will be built at Gray's Crossing, with 100 affordable
ones, per requirements of the Truckee General Plan for local residents
and employee housing. There will also be about
48,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial area. The small neighborhood
village planned by East West Partners will reflect the character
of downtown Truckee. Like other parts of the town of Truckee, the
character of Gray's Crossing will transition from neighborhood commercial
to single family neighborhoods as you move further from the village
core. The small shops in the village will provide convenience and
a sense of neighborhood, and will be sized to provide an appropriate
level of basic services for the surrounding community. The plan
calls for some lodging, possibly a small inn.

Gray's Crossing will have an 18-hole,
Peter Jacobsen designed championship golf course. The course will
be sensitively created environmentally, and will employ green management
techniques. East West Partners will be building new golf courses
at Gray's Crossing and at its Old Greenwood community, as well as
managing the existing Coyote Moon course in Truckee. Overall, East
West expects to broaden public access to golf courses in the Truckee
area. It is expected that the Gray's Crossing course will be a members
only golf course.
Over 400 acres will be open space or trails out of a total of 757
acres. East West Partners is committed to a design and development
that reduces as much as possible the environmental impacts of its
developments in Truckee and the North Lake Tahoe area. At Gray's
Crossing, our intent is to make the natural environment a part of
the daily culture and experience for visitors and residents. We
have voluntarily chosen to exceed applicable federal, state, and
local environmental requirements. This commitment will be expressed
throughout each of our projects for years to come.
Forty-five acres of Gray's Crossings land are being
provided for use by the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District and
the Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District. There are also
two church sites at Gray's Crossing.
The public trail system in the community will link
to the extensive public hiking and biking trail system contemplated
by the Town of Truckee Trails and Bikeways Master Plan and other
regional plans. Gray's Crossing will have more than 400 acres of
open space with trails throughout, and this will connect to approximately
260 acres of open space in the northerly section of East West's
adjacent community of Old Greenwood. All this open space will be
perfect in the winter for Nordic skiing and snow shoeing!
Please Note: Plans for Gray's Crossing are conceptual, and are expected
to change as a result of additional public input.
