Lake Tahoe straddles the border of Northern California and Nevada.

major casinos located right on statelines of the northshore and also
on the southshore. The stateline in southshore is between South Lake
Tahoe, CA and Stateline, NV.
There are several airports located in the vicinity of Lake Tahoe.
Reno International Airport can be easily accessed from both North
and South Lake Tahoe and offers a number of major air carriers.
