Golf Magazine cited this challenging
course as one of the "Top Ten Courses You Can Play" in
1993. The Resort at Squaw Creek is committed to promoting a high
quality, environmentally-conscious golf course. Majestically located
at the base of Squaw Valley USA Ski Resort at an elevation of 6,200',
the Squaw Creek Championship course is par 71 and measures 6,931
yards from the gold tees.
The course is
designed in a links-style along the mountain and meadow
terrain, offering a challenging field of play.
Using the most ecologically sound maintenance practices
to ensure a safe haven for both people and wildlife. Situated
in the wetlands of Squaw Valley, the course is a culmination
of ten years of extensive planning and careful handling
of the environment. The spectacular result is a natural
golf course that blends with the beautiful surrounding mountains.

2005 Golf Rates
Resort guests $50 - $100
Public guests $50 - $125
Juniors (under 18) rates are available upon request
Golf and Lodging Packages are also available.
Reservations
Resort guests may reserve tee times up to 90 days in advance.
Day golfers may reserve tee times up to 30 days in advance. Twilight
golf reservations for may be made 7 days in advance.
Additional Rates and Information
Golf Carts: Golf carts are included in green fees.
Walking is allowed.
Caddies: Caddies are available and may be requested in
advance by calling the Squaw Creek Sports Shop. Fees are $40 per
bag carried, plus tip if appropriate.
Practice Area: Open from 7:00am-6:00pm. Range Balls: $3
per basket for driving range and practice green. Included with
green fees on day of play, unless playing in a shotgun.
Dress Code No jeans, short shorts, or swim shorts. Men
must wear collared shirts. Tennis shoes are allowed.
