Pinyon Creek:

State Route 267 and Joerger Drive, in the Martis Valley area of
Truckee. 1st phase mostly completed.
Coyote Run:
A private community located near the airport and Northstar. 20,

Northstar Village:

Waddle Ranch, plans have not yet been submitted for this
proposed development off of Highway 267.
Martis

11 different buildings on north side of I-80 near Coachland Trailer

Martis Valley/I-80 Corridor:
