The term ‘lake view’ has a many different meanings, especially in the Lake Tahoe Real Estate market. If you’ve done some research about Lake Tahoe Real Estate, you probably came across words like ‘peek’ and ‘panoramic’ describing the lake view. Lake views start at a peek (being able to see a small slice of the lake through trees) and end with a panorama (a full-on view of Lake Tahoe). Obviously, you will pay considerably more for a panorama than a peek of Lake Tahoe. Many of the more sought after homes in the area are those with desirable lake views.
