Speedboat Beach is one of the local’s favorite secluded beaches. Located at the end of Harbor Avenue parking is very limited – there is minimal parking alongside the residential road. Come early because parking will fill up fast. If you are unable to find parking in the neighborhood, you can park at the casinos and take a short walk down to the beach. Speedboat beach is known for it’s large rock formations for climbing, hopping or jumping. After spending you day hanging at the beach, take a short walk up to the local pub, Mellow Fellow, for a small bite to eat or craft beer.
Speedboat Beach is operated by the North Tahoe Public Utility District.
Hours are Dawn to Dusk.
